The Belvedere Flats is located in the heart of Westport with a variety of bars, restaurants and shops right outside your front door!! On the same street as the property you'll find local food and coffee shops along with KC shopping all within walking distance! The 2 units combined plus an additional private courtyard provide guests with a one of a kind Kansas City experience. The property features a total of 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and offers the privacy of having 2 separate kitchens and living spaces. Head out for a night on the town only to return to your own private oasis away from all of the action. This is a very unique Airbnb that you can't find anywhere else in the city!

Home Features

Welcome to Kansas City's most unique Airbnb located in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods the city has to offer. The Belvedere flats is a combination of 2 of our units that are located above a commercial space right in the heart of Westport. This is not an apartment complex. These 2 units are the only 2 in the building. If rented guests will have privacy and will have use of the entire building except for the commercial space below. Each unit is fully furnished, has a living space, full kitchen and dining area. One unit offers 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms and the other unit is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. The units do not connect with an interior door. Guests are able to easily go in between units through the back exterior doors. We have this entrance pictured pictured in the ad for reference. Both units have access to a completely fenced in private courtyard that is also pictured. The courtyard is equipped with seating areas for guests private use.

The living rooms in each unit are lined with windows so guests can peak out and enjoy the vibrant city below. Both units are furnished with bright colors, modern shapes, and beautiful hardwood flooring in the living areas with gorgeous tile in the bathrooms. Both living spaces open to the dining room so you and your guests can enjoy a comfortable space together weather you are watching tv or dining in. The living rooms are furnished with comfortable sofas and plenty of seating to accomodate your entire group.

Each unit has it's own private kitchen equipped with all the kitchen basics in order to prepare a meal for a night in. The kitchens each have large counters which make it easy to prep and serve food, a full set of pots and pans, bakeware, cookie sheets, cutlery, plates and glasses for your entire group. We provide everything so you can cook and enjoy a great meal together! If cooking is not something your stay is calling for then enjoy one of the many great local eateries right outside your door! Left overs?! No problem, bring them on back, store them in the fridge and heat them up for that late night snack!

Each kitchen also includes our fully enhanced coffee bar. The Cozy in KC team provides all properties with a variety of different brewing options. We provide a Keurig Coffee Maker, Drip Coffee Maker, French Press and Pour Over along with a variety of k-cups, creamer and sugar! We do not provide coffee grounds but there are so many local roasters close by to choose from.

Combined these units allow guests the use of four king sized beds and one queen sized with comfortable mattresses and cozy bedding. All bedrooms have night stands with reading lamps, charging stations, sound machines, extra blankets and plenty of space to store your clothes and luggage.

Unit one is a 3 bedroom that has two king sized beds and queen sized bed, a full bathroom with stand up tiled shower, a half bath and a private work space located in one of the bedrooms. Both bathrooms are located in the hallway. Unit two is a 2 bedroom that has two king sized beds, one full-sized bathroom with a walk in stand up tiled shower, and a private work spaces in one of the bedrooms. The full bathrooms include Tommy Bahama luxury bath products such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest will be provided one large bath towel and one wash cloth along with hand towels and dark make -up towels for convenience.

Exiting the back door of both units you will be greeted with a newly remodeled private fenced in courtyard and deck that overlooks the street. Upon opening the door you are led down to the newly built deck that allows guest to stretch out and enjoy the sunshine and enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail. There are several seating areas in the courtyard that allow for dining or hanging out. The courtyard is private and is only for the guest use.

Parking: Street parking will be available on the side street right next to the unit.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.

  • 50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.

  • No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded. 

  • **All cancellations will not receive processing fees back (approximately 4%)**

Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.

All gatherings must be limited to 12, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

We do not allow pets at this property. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
