Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy applies to bookings on all platforms, including Airbnb, VRBO, and direct bookings:

• Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.

• 50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.

• No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded. 

• **All cancellations for direct & VRBO bookings will not receive processing fees back (approximately 4% of booking total)**

• Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
