It’s our goal to give owners the best experience they’ve ever had with property management AND to go above and beyond our guests’ vacation rental expectations. From our customer service to the detail we put into the design and amenities of our homes, our goal is quality, not quantity.
Management Overview
Personalized Communication
Customer service and a 5 star guest experience are a #1 priority for our team. Read our reviews! We handle the entire check in and check out process with each guest and accommodate their requests as much as possible. We will also be launching our online guestbooks for each property which will provide a wide variety of information about the property and the area right at the guests fingertips.
Accounting and Reporting
Monthly profit and loss statements are sent out on the 10th of each month along with cash distributions directly into the account of your choice. Year end tax statements are also provided. *Mortgage payments and utilities are the responsibility of the owner.
Streamlined Turnover Process
Our team handles everything! We coordinate cleaning, laundry, and restocking of all supplies. We utilize a software to communicate with our vendors, schedule turns, and report damages. This enables us to track everything when we are on site and address any issues quickly. (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, coffee, creamer, and sugar are INCLUDED in management fees)
Maintenance Coordination
We conduct property inspections twice a year in order to properly maintain each home and a full report is provided to the owners. In addition, we coordinate any maintenance needed on the property and have a streamline process for cleaners to report any guest damage. In cases where guests damage the property we handle submitting all documentation to Airbnb in order for the owner to be reimbursed.
