The Hyde Park Homestead has been beautifully remodeled to ensure each guest has the most comfortable and best experience possible during their stay. The home offers 3 floors equipped with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with plenty of space to spread out. The open floor plan on the main floor allows for guests to enjoy the comfortable living room, dining room and kitchen without missing any of the action. The second and third floor bedrooms feature comfortable beds and private work spaces in order to help stay caught up while you are away.

The Hyde Park Homestead is truly a gem right in the heart of midtown Kansas City. This uniquely designed home provides guests with an open floor plan to hang out and entertain, 5 comfortable bedrooms, along with 2 private work spaces and a fenced in backyard. From the front porch to every bedroom, you will find this home to be comfortable, enjoyable and peaceful! The home is separated into 3 levels. The lower level features the living room, kitchen, dining room, eat-in area in the kitchen and 1 full bathroom. The second level features 4 out of the 5 bedrooms and the third level is a large master suite with a lounge area and private en suite bathroom.

The front porch offers seating for 5 and you will step right into the grand foyer!

LIVING ROOM

The living room offers a peaceful ambiance, plenty of seating for friends/family and a large Smart TV.

BEDROOMS

This home offers five comfortable bedrooms! There are 4 bedrooms on the second level of the home and one large master suite on the third floor! Each bedroom features a comfortable bed, ample storage closets, luggage racks, night stands and full length mirrors as well as bedside charging stations.

KITCHEN & DINING

This kitchen has been completely remodeled to provide an open floor plan with your enjoyment in mind! Featuring new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything you need to cook and enjoy meals! You will also have access to a full enhanced coffee bar including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over.

BATHROOMS

There are three full remodeled bathrooms in this home. The first full bathroom is located right off the kitchen and includes a walk in shower. There is an additional full bathroom on the second floor with a tub/shower combo. The third floor bathroom offers guests a large relaxing soaker tub along with an attachment to shower. All 3 bathrooms are equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.

EXTRAS

The property has an amazing front porch that provides guests with outdoor seating. We do allow pets at the property but it does NOT have a fenced in backyard. The neighborhood is also perfect for walking!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.

  • 50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.

  • No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded. 

  • **All cancellations will not receive processing fees back (approximately 4%)**

Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.

Booking Requirements

PARTIES

All gatherings must be limited to 10, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION
+ PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT

To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide your reservation with damage protection of up to $1,500. Guest screening is also required, and you will be contacted to complete an identity verification once your reservation is confirmed.

PETS

We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) There is NOT a fully fenced yard at this property but the area is great for walking. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
