The home features 4 large bedrooms with 2 comfy king size beds and 2 comfy queens along with 2.5 fully remodeled bathrooms.

This home is conveniently located in the heart of Midtown Kansas City within walking distance to Gillham Park! Minutes from Westport, Country Club Plaza and Midtown! So close to everything yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle!

LIVING ROOM

Step right into the welcoming and cozy living room! Here you will find a super comfortable couch, Smart TV and additional seating for those movie nights!

BEDROOMS

This home offers four comfortable bedrooms! Two of the bedrooms feature king size beds and the other two offer queen size beds. All have ample storage with dressers and closets as well as bedside charging stations. The two bedrooms with king beds have Smart TV’s and the bedrooms.

KITCHEN & DINING

This kitchen has been completely remodeled with your enjoyment in mind! Featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything you need to cook and enjoy meals! You will also have access to a full coffee bar including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over.

The dining room is right off the kitchen and has a large table to seat ten! Perfect spot for family meals, night of board games or setting up another shop to work remotely.

BATHROOMS

A half bathroom is located both on the main level. There are two full bathrooms on the second level of the home. One has a tub/shower combo while the bathroom located in the master bathroom is a standing shower only. Both bathrooms include luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.

EXTRAS

There is a walkout deck from the office on the main level of the home and offers a relaxing outdoor setting. This area is perfect for catching up with friends, coffee in the morning or wine in the evening.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.

  • 50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.

  • No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded. 

  • **All cancellations will not receive processing fees back (approximately 4%)**

Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.

PARTIES

All gatherings must be limited to 10, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide your reservation with damage protection of up to $1,500. Guest screening is also required, and you will be contacted to complete an identity verification once your reservation is confirmed.

PETS

We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) The backyard is not fully fenced, however, there is plenty of space to walk your furry friends! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
