This loft features one queen size bed, an open living room, open kitchen concept and one full bathroom. You simply won’t find a better location with this much space in the heart of downtown Kansas City! Oh, did we mention you have access to a private parking lot!

This property is a perfect option for 30 days stays so inquire about monthly rates!

Enter through the back of the building using a personalized code you will receive the day of arrival. The loft is located on the second floor of the building and will be accessed via stairs. There is not an elevator in this building.

LIVING ROOMS

The living room offers a fun and funky ambiance with exposed brick and beams! There is seating for 3 on the couch and two chairs at the kitchen island.

BEDROOM

This home offers one bedroom with a queen size bed. There is ample storage in the closet, a luggage rack, night stands and a full length mirror as well as bedside charging stations. There are barn doors to close off the bedroom to the hallway.

KITCHEN

This kitchen has been completely remodeled to provide an open floor plan with your enjoyment in mind! The dining area is not private and is set up to seat 2 at the kitchen island. The kitchen itself features new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything you need to cook and enjoy meals! You will also have access to a full enhanced coffee bar including a single serve, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over.

BATHROOM

There is one remodeled bathroom in this loft off the hallway which has a shower only. The bathroom is equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.

Cancellation Policy:

• Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.

• 50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.

• No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded. 

• **All cancellations will not receive processing fees back (approximately 4%)**

Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
