Located right off of I-435 and Shoal Creek in the Northland is Searcy Gardens! This beautiful home was built in 2017 and has everything you need while away from home. This space includes four cozy bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a living room upstairs, TV lounge in the basement along with a private office area and game area. Enjoy stunning views while strolling through the neighborhood or out on the back deck! Perfectly located to head to the airport which is less than 20 minutes!

Home Features

Searcy Gardens is a large home in a beautiful neighborhood that gives guests the ultimate feeling of a home. Entering through the front door allows you to get a breathtaking view of the temple across the street!

LIVING ROOMS

The main level living room offers a comfortable space to sit back and enjoy being on vacation! This space has an oversized couch, love seat, large Smart TV for all your streaming needs, ceiling fan and gas fireplace and opens up to the kitchen.

BEDROOMS

This home offers four comfortable bedrooms, two of the four bedrooms are on the main level and two bedrooms are located in the finished basement. The master bedroom features a king size bed and on suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a huge closet! The bedroom also includes bedside tables, dresser, Smart TV and ceiling fan. The three other bedrooms feature bed-side tables with lamps and charging stations along with plenty of closet space and/or storage!

KITCHEN

This kitchen features all stainless steel major appliances in order for you to prepare any meals you wish! All cookware, drinkware and dinnerware are provided along with tons of storage. You will also have access to a huge pantry for storage and a full enhanced coffee bar including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over with coffee grounds and creamer included.

BATHROOMS

There are three full bathrooms in this home! The main bathroom features a large vanity with plenty of counter space and storage along with a tub/shower combo. The master bathroom includes a stand up shower and jacuzzi tub along with tons of counter space. The basement bathroom has a tub/shower combo along with a large vanity with drawers. The bathrooms are equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.

EXTRAS

The basement lounge is another seating area with theater style seating and a large Smart TV. This space also includes a game table with several board games and puzzles to choose from.

Off the kitchen is a spacious deck with a table and chairs to enjoy an evening outside or coffee in the morning. The basement is also a walk-out to a concrete patio with chairs for your enjoyment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.

  • 50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.

  • No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded. 

  • **All cancellations will not receive processing fees back (approximately 4%)**

Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.

All gatherings must be limited to 10, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
