The living room offers a fun a peaceful atmosphere with plenty of seating, a Smart TV, overhead lighting and extra throw blankets to cozy up and relax.
BEDROOMS
This home offers two comfortable bedrooms with queen sized beds. One of the bedrooms includes a private workstation. Both bedrooms have overhead lighting, storage closets, luggage racks, nightstands and bedside charging stations.
KITCHEN & DINING
This kitchen has been completely remodeled and features tons of granite counter space! There is no dining room in this home but the island… wow! Plenty of room to prepare meals and to enjoy them! The kitchen itself features all major appliances, cookware, dinnerware and additional storage! !You will also have access to a full enhanced coffee bar including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over with coffee grounds, creamer and sugar included.
BATHROOMS
There is one full bathroom in this home that does have a shower/tub combo. The bathroom is equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.
EXTRAS
The property has an amazing back yard that provides guests with outdoor seating and a fenced in yard! . We do allow pets at this property and the neighborhood is perfect for walking. Located right across the street from the home is Sunnyside Park!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded.
**All cancellations will not receive processing fees back (approximately 4%)**
Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.

PARTIES
All gatherings must be limited to 6, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION

To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide your reservation with damage protection of up to $1,500. Guest screening is also required, and you will be contacted to complete an identity verification once your reservation is confirmed.
PETS
We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) There is not a fenced yard however, there is a park directly across the street and the neighborhood is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
