LIVING ROOM

The living room features a comfortable sofa, two lounge chairs, a large Smart TV and a cozy ambience. Enjoy a night in watching your favorite show or movie with the many streaming options available. Relax and catch up on that book you’ve been wanting to read or play some board games with your family and friends.

BEDROOMS

This home offers two comfortable bedrooms with tons of space and hardwood floors. There is an additional Queen daybed in the den right off the living room. Both bedrooms have overhead lighting and ceiling fans along with Smart TV’s. The master bedroom features built in drawers and storage while the other bedroom features a closet with a luggage rack.

KITCHEN & DINING

This kitchen has everything you need if you enjoy preparing your meals. There is plenty of light, tons of beautiful black granite counter space and new stainless steel appliances. All cookware, dinnerware and drinkware is provided for you so no need to worry about what you might need to bring! We even have a full space rack! You will have access to a full enhanced coffee bar including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over with coffee grounds, creamer and sugar provided!

BATHROOMS

There is one full bathroom in this home with a tub/shower combo. The bathroom is equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. A hair dryer is provided in every bathroom! Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.

EXTRAS

The property has an amazing wood deck off the back of the home with a large backyard! We do allow pets at the property, there is not a fully fenced backyard but the neighborhood is perfect for walking! Dog bags are provided via a dog station outside.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees (approx. 4%). No refund will be given if canceled within five days of arrival.
